Collaborative Care

I am not your average Chiropractor.

Whether you are experiencing pain, or you are wanting to improve your function, the experience is yours and it is unique. Collaboration means that we are making decisions together that best fit your goals. Everything that we do is completely tailored to you and your concerns. This is what I consider a therapeutic alliance and what I think is the future of health care.

I am not here to fix, I am here to Guide.

My goal is to educate and empower you to take charge of your own health and well-being. This seems to be the most effective long-term strategy for health outcomes rather than creating dependency on me to “fix” your problems. The truth is that you are much stronger and more resilient than you may think!

Patient Centered.

This means that I will work with you to figure out what works best for you and your goals. Life is hectic and sometimes the greatest addition is a subtraction.

 

Exercise

Why do I use exercise as a primary intervention for pain and rehab?

Pain is complex but solutions don’t have to be. Exercise is an amazing tool for building confidence, moderating pain, desensitizing tissues, and building self-agency.

The Active Stuff

Soft tissue work may be done with my hands, tools, or a massage gun.
